Christmas music is foul. I believe there are few exceptions to listening to Christmas music; a week before Christmas and up until Christmas day. Anything outside of that should be illegal. 

I understand that Christmas music gets people into the ‘holdiay spirit’ but don’t torture me in your fixations. It was the first of November when I first heard Christmas music in public. I really didn’t need that negativity in my life. Listen to Christmas music in your own time, don’t inflict that torture onto others.

Besides the fact that Christmas music is annoying, it all sounds the same. Not only does it all sound the same, but every year it’s the same track of like nine songs. 

 As I’m writing this, that one sound where Mariah Carey says, “ITS TIME” is stuck in my head and I am not very happy about it. Also, All I want for Christmas by Mariah Carey is overplayed and beyond annoying. Top ten most annoying songs in the world just below Baby by Justin Bieber in my books. Every year when she “defrosts” is another year I dread hearing her annoying voice.

Playing Christmas music in October should be a federal offense. There’s only so much Christmas music one can handle. I personally could not listen to Christmas music everyday from November until Christmas, I would probably go insane. 

As long as you don’t force me to listen to Christmas music along with you, I don’t care. Just don’t make it your whole personality. Though I still think it should be illegal to listen to music before December and borderline anything before a week until Christmas, it’s your life to listen to Christmas music if you’d like.
