Hello! My name is Ayla (pronounced like i-luh). Some quick facts about me are that I am a huge theater kid, I’m a virgo, I am half Iranian, Mamma Mia is my favorite movie and I watch it religiously, I have a pet toad named Donna and yes I did name her after my favorite character in Mamma Mia, I am on Boise High’s Speech and Debate team, and I love writing and having intellectual conversations about controversial topics. In my free time I enjoy writing songs and plays. I’ve written 2 one act plays and have collaborated with others for a handful of other plays. I am now trying my hand at writing a musical! This is my first year writing for the Boise High Newspaper and I wish I had joined sooner!
